Registration is required before using Supplier Self Service. Depending upon the criteria set by the administrator for registration, not all the fields detailed below may be displayed or required.
Complete the fields as detailed below.
Click Register. An email confirming successful registration is sent to the contact email address defined.

Account Number |
Enter your supplier account number or name. These are defined within the FMS of the Organisation. |
Post Code |
Enter your post code. This must match the one held against the payment address in the Accounts Payable account within your Finance System. |
VAT Registration Number |
Enter the VAT registration number. This is the one held against the Accounts Payable account within your Finance System. |

Enter the relevant details of an invoice that is held in Accounts Payable within your FMS system. The allowable combinations of these fields are: 1. Invoice Reference only 2. Invoice Reference plus Invoice Date 3. Invoice Reference plus Invoice Value 4. Invoice Reference plus Invoice Date plus Invoice Value |
User ID |
Enter a unique User ID for yourself. |
Your Name |
Enter your name. This is displayed at the top of Supplier Self Service when using the application. |
Telephone Number |
Enter your telephone number. |
Password |
Create a password. This is used when logging on to Supplier Self Service. The password must be a minimum of 6 characters and of at least medium strength. To make a password stronger use mixed case and non-alpha-numeric characters such as £,$ etc. |
Confirm Password |
Confirm the password details again. |
Security Question |
Enter a security question to be asked. This will be used if you forget your password and request a new one. |
Security Answer |
Enter the answer to the security question defined above. |
Contact Email Address |
Enter your email address to be used for contact purposes. |
Confirm Contact Email Address |
Confirm the email address used. |
Confirm Image Text |
Enter the letters or digits from the distorted image that are displayed on the screen. If the user cannot make out the text then another image can be requested. The letters are case sensitive so if they are displayed in upper or lower case format then they must be entered in exactly the same way. |
